Overall Duties Include:
- Finish Carpentry
- Rough Carpentry
- Staining & finishing
- Light electrical
- Light plumbing
- Light HVAC
- Minor roof repairs
- Minor drywall repairs
- Acoustic ceilings
- Hardware installation
- Siding Repair
- Insulation installation
- Complete punch list items such as, but not limited to: clean up, carpentry, minor repairs, etc.
- May be asked from time to time to perform additional tasks as needed for Emergency Services such as, water clean-up, board up, tarping, equipment set up and other emergency services.
Basic Requirements:
- Experience with the skills listed above
- Personal vehicle for reliable transportation to and from residential job sites.
- Supply your own hand tools necessary to complete repairs.
- Personal smart phone.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a plus but not required

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Hours:
- Available to work full time Monday through Friday with a standard start time of 7-8am until 5pm with the occasional evening/weekend.
- Contribute and participate in the on-call rotation.
Compensation: $15-$30 per hour
